We were able to take 41 people to the Snow Skiing event this year with the USARC but look forward to attending next year. The USARC is committed to guiding people with disabilities toward the creation and affirmation of rewarding lifestyles. They have programs during the winter and summer and we all look forward to going back.


Last year we had the joy of taking 220 people with disabilities and their caregivers to 7 baseball games.  This year our goal is to take 250 to Angels baseball games and please contact us for the available dates.


 Hand-N-Hand square dance club for adults with a disability meets every Tuesday at 6:30 pm at the Norman Murray Center in Mission Viejo. The Sunshine Twirlers meet in Buena Park on Wednesday nights at 7 pm. Please call 949-697-2866 for more information. The clubs are a part of the state wide Handicapables.


 The Women’s Fashion Show name has been changed to “Guys and Dolls Fashion Show” because we will have Guys walking the Women around the Fashion Show walk. Both the Guys and Dolls are from the disabled community in our local churches. The event is on Saturday, May 4th and is from 12 pm to 3 pm with a small luncheon at El Toro Estates Clubhouse in Lake Forest, CA.


The “Wonder of Christmas” a Living Nativity performed by approximately 35 adults and children with disabilities will be performed on Saturday, December 7, 2018. It is performed in the City of San Juan Capistrano during the festive Tree Lighting Ceremony at Zoomar’s Petting Zoo. The performances are at 6:15, 7:00 and 7:45 PM. Pathway to Hope continues to collect wheelchairs and canes to help people achieve freedom and mobility because of your donations. Please call us at (949) 707-9100 to arrange a pickup and a tax voucher from one of our volunteers. We will be doing another wheelchair drive on Saturday, June 8 from 8 am to 2 pm.


This years’ Harvestfest will be on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 5 pm and there will be games, prizes and great food as always. This year there will be a movie after the games.
